It started with our own wedding
Planning our own wedding should have been a happy time, and mostly it was. But the admin sprawled across spreadsheets, email threads and a dozen open tabs, and the day we were looking forward to kept getting buried under the logistics of getting there.
We build software for a living, so we did the stubborn thing and ran it like a project — a heavily customised set of Notion pages, everything in one place, the big day broken into small steps, gentle reminders instead of last-minute panic. It worked: the stress lifted, and we got to enjoy the lead-up.
Those lessons are what wed.kiwi is. We’ve folded them into one calm place, so you don’t need a spreadsheet habit or a project board to feel on top of it — you just get the calm, the part that actually matters, from day one.
